Workhorse Robotics, the Other CYCOGS^® brand robots

The CYCOGS^® differential movement capable robotics platforms feature some of our patented technologies. 

Such innovative technology naturally includes our Wheel Assembly (WA^™) drives and our RESS^™ emergency safety systems.

This differential movement capable robotics platforms contain numerous sensors and additional sensors can be embedded. 

Such sensors may include tactile, load, force, orientation, accelerometers, vision, and other sensors.

These are self-contained differential movement capable robotics platforms with onboard wheel drives, embedded battery enabled UPS, embedded computer/s signal processing and positional controls.  External power and ethernet TCP/IP client/server communication are also supplied by a wired docking / charging connection.

Other applications include general-purpose robotics, manufacturing, cleaning, control, surveillance, guidance, AGV, self-guided vehicles, etc.  One AGV type application is for warehouse inventory delivery and control where a loading cart transporting product or materials.

MBot^™

CYCOGS is developing a mid-sized robot MBot^™ using two Wheel Assembly (WA^™) modules, in a differential drive mode configuration. 

This is a smaller “mid-sized robot” for carrying payloads under 90kg.  (195lbs)  The MBot^™ resembles a typical mobile service robot found in practical use everywhere.  It features a low center of gravity and compact internal design for a larger payload volume.

TP Robot^™

CYCOGS is developing a remote / TP, smaller mid-sized robot using a steerable single drive configuration. 

The TP Robot^™ will use one Wheel Assembly (WA^™) drive Modules providing tricycle type movement capabilities.

Small Sized Robot SSR^™

CYCOGS is developing a Small Sized Robot SSR^™ using a differential drive configuration. 

This is a smaller-sized robot for carrying payloads under 30kg.  (65lbs)  The SSR^™ resembles a typical smaller mobile service robot found in productive use.  It features a low center of gravity and compact internal design for a larger payload volume.

The CYCOGS MBot^™, TP Robot^™, Small Sized Robot SSR^™ systems are not waterproof or properly made for extended outside use or in wet or condensation prone environments.  In addition, the MBot, TP Robot, Small Sized Robot SSR systems should not be operated in an excessively dusty or combustible or other hazardous environments.  Although the MBot, TP Robot, Small Sized Robot SSR systems movements may result in unexpected movements, personal and property damage may occur if used in an unsafe fashion or unsuitable environment.  Proper end-user design, operation, safeguarding, programming and training, among other safe operation tasks and safety procedures are recommended and remains the end-user’s responsibility.  OEM manufacturers and other purchasers of CYCOGS products and systems, as the purchaser, assumes responsibility and potential liability for safe implementation and use of these CYCOGS products and systems.
